MEETINGS
The Society has at least one meeting per year. Visitors are always welcome.
March – combined Business Meeting and Celebration of Peter Francisco Day in Virginia (March 15). This meeting is usually held on the Saturday or Sunday closest to and before March 15, but may be held on a different date set by the Executive Board.
In 2003, the Society began "Walking in Peter's Footsteps" by holding meetings in locations historically significant to Peter and his legacy. The first of these meetings took place where Peter first set foot in Colonial America – in City Point (now Hopewell, Virginia). Other meetings have taken place at Locust Grove, Peter Francisco's home; Buckingham Courthouse; Petersburg; Yorktown; St. John's Church in Richmond; and Williamsburg—all in Virginia; and at Guilford Courthouse in North Carolina.
Please see Current News or our latest newsletter for information about upcoming meetings.
